Anginetti Cream Puffs
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
1 (5 ounce) package STELLA D'ORO ANGINNETI Cookies
1 1/2 cups prepared whipped topping
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1. Cut cookies in half, horizontally; Set aside.
2. Blend whipped topping and cream cheese in bowl with mixer at medium speed for 1 minute. Fold in pineapple.
3. Spoon 1 tablespoon pineapple mixture on bottom half of each cookie; replace tops. Refrigerate until serving time.
