Bruschetta with GalbaniĀ® Fresh Mozzarella and Pesto

8 oz GalbaniĀ® Fresh Mozzarella Ball

4 slices Rustic Bread

20 Cherry Tomatoes

4 Tbs Pesto


Olive Oil

Black Pepper and Salt, to taste



1. Brush the bread slices with olive oil and grill.

2. Once cooled, spread one tablespoon of pesto on each slice.

3. Top with two Fresh Mozzarella slices, some cherry tomatoes and a dash of olive oil.

4. Add pepper and salt to taste.

5. Warm in the oven.

6. Serve with Fresh basil.
