There’s no better way to dress up your spuds—or tantalize taste buds—than with a light dusting of freshly grated Parmesan and Asiago cheeses. Quick and easy to make, this savory seasoning adds a gourmet touch to any cut of CravOn™ Never Fried French Fries
1 package CravOn Ripple Cut Fries
1/4 cup clarified butter, melted
1 1/2 oz Parmesan cheese, dry aged
3/4 oz Asiago cheese, dry aged
1 1/2 tsp parsley, finely minced
1 1/2 tsp salt, finely ground
1/2 tsp black pepper, coarsely ground
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Grate the Parmesan and Asiago cheeses in a food processor until finely ground. (You can also use a cheese grater or buy pre-grated cheese to save time.) Transfer the cheese into a mixing bowl and toss with parsley, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Place one package of CravOn Ripple Cut Fries on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden. Transfer the fries to a warm stainless steel or glass bowl and drizzle with clarified butter. Add half the cheese seasoning to bowl, and toss to coat. Divide onto dinner plates. Garnish each serving with an extra spoonful of cheese seasoning. Devour.
