Cook's® Grilled Ham Steaks Pasta Salad

Cubed ham steaks, mostaccioli pasta and a quartet of vegetables make a great pasta salad.
2 Cook's Everyday Cuts® Boneless Ham Steaks
8 oz dry mostaccioli, uncooked
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup broccoli florets
1 small zucchini, thinly sliced (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1/2 cup Italian dressing
2 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. If desired, grill ham steaks. Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Grill ham steaks 2 to 3 minutes per side or until heated through.
2. Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Coarsely chop ham. Add to pasta along with the tomatoes, broccoli, zucchini, olives and dressing; toss lightly. Cover.
3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until chilled. Sprinkle with cheese just before serving.
