Pickleslaw Cheese Burger

2 ground beef or turkey patties, grilled

2 slices swiss cheese

2 buns, halved and grilled

1 cup shredded, green cabbage

1 cup shredded, red cabbage

1/4 cup (2) Vlasic kosher dill pickles, chopped

1/3 cup Italian salad dressing, use your favorite

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper


Grill burgers until desired doneness. Add cheese and melt.

In a medium mixing bowl, lightly toss together the green cabbage, red cabbage, pickles, salad dressing, salt and pepper.

Add to top of burger and serve.
