Almost Dirty Rice Salad

Cook Time: 6 minutes
4 Tbs Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Blend
2 cups cooked brown rice
1 medium tomato, seeded, chopped fine
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1 Tbs of your favorite spicy mustard
Heat a 9 inch sauté pan to medium heat.
Add vegetable oil, tomatoes and Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Blend. Sauté 2 minutes.
Add cooked rice, mustard and stir often, reducing heat to simmer.
Remove to a flat tray and cool, chill in refrigerator until cold, about 5-10 minutes. Season with more Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Blend if needed just before serving.
