Carnival Chicken

4 eggs

2 cups chicken stock

2 cups Kellogg's® Stuffing Mix

1 cup cooked rice

3 cups cubed, cooked chicken

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped pimiento

1 tsp salt


1. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in 2-quart glass baking dish coated with cooking spray.

2. Bake at 325° about 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand a few minutes before serving. Serve hot with mushroom gravy, if desired.
