Creamed Corn Casserole

Ingredients

2 cans (17 oz. each) cream-style corn

1 cup MINUTE White Rice, uncooked

1 egg, slightly beaten

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp black pepper

1/8 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into greased 9-inch square baking dish.

Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
