Meat Lover's Barbecued Steak

Ingredients

1-1/2 lb. beef flank steak, 1 inch thick

1 clove garlic, halved

1 large onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices

1 cup KRAFT Original or Thick ''N Spicy Barbecue Sauce

Directions

Rub each side of steak with halved garlic clove.

Place steak and onion on greased grill over medium-hot coals.

Grill, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes or to desired doneness, brushing steak and onion frequently with barbecue sauce and turning occasionally.

Try serving with hot baked potatoes sprinkled with KRAFT Shredded Cheese and salad tossed with KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing.

Tip! Broil: Place steak and onion slices on greased rack of broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat, 8 to 10 minutes on each side or to desired doneness, brushing steak and onion frequently with barbecue sauce.
