15 Minute Vegetable Beef & Rice Skillet Dinner

1 lb. ground beef

1 small onion , chopped

1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes , undrained

1 can (10-1/2 oz.) CAMPBELL'S Condensed Beef Broth (1-1/3 cups)

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables , thawed

2 cups MINUTE White Rice , uncooked

3/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

Brown meat and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.

Add tomatoes, broth and vegetables to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.

Stir in rice and cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
