Ginger Shrimp and Green Beans

Cook Time: 10 minutes
1 lb. uncooked cleaned shrimp
1/2 lb. green beans , cut into 2-inch pieces
1 Tbs minced peeled ginger root
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 to 2 red chili peppers , seeded, finely chopped
2 Tbs butter or margarine
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product ,cut up
2 Tbs milk
6 oz. angel hair pasta , cooked, drained
Cook and stir shrimp, beans, ginger root, lemon peel and peppers in butter in skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink. Reduce heat to low.
Add VELVEETA and milk; stir until VELVEETA is melted. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
