Football Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients

  1 (8 oz) can refrigerated classic pizza crust

  1/2 cup pizza sauce

  2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  1 (8 oz) package HORMEL® Original Pepperoni

  1 stick mozzarella string cheese

  1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

1. Heat oven to 425°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spay and unroll dough on cookie sheet. Press dough into 14x12 inch rectangle and bake 7 minutes.

2. Spread pizza sauce over pizza crust; sprinkle with cheese. Place pepperoni in football shape on the center of pizza. Pull apart string cheese lengthwise into thin strips. To make football laces, place 1 long strip horizontally on center of football. Cut cheese into 5 pieces; arrange vertically on top of horizontal strip. Sprinkle surrounding cheese with parsley, as desired.

3. Bake pizza 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crisp.
