Clamato® Shrimp Sautee

Cook Time: 17 minutes

Servings: 6-8

These flavorful shrimp will jump from the pan into your mouth. It's a delicious choice and an easy dish for any-occasion entertaining.

Ingredients

  3 Tbs Olive Oil

  4 oz Chorizo

  1/2 Medium Onion

  2 cloves Garlic

  1 lb Large Peeled Shrimp

  1 Tbs All-Purpose Flour

  1 cup Clamato®

  1/2 cup Evaporated Milk

  1/2 cup Spanish Olives, Stuffed with Peppers

  1/2 Bunch Basil

Directions

In a large skillet, over medium-high heat; heat 3 tbsp olive oil, add 4 oz Chorizo, 1/2 medium diced onion and 2 garlic cloves sliced, cook for 3-4 minutes, browning and crumbling.

Add 1 lb large peeled shrimp, cook half way, about 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle shrimp mixture with tbsp of all-purpose flour, cook 2 more minutes, stirring frequently. Add 1 cup of Clamato® and 1/2 cup of evaporated milk, cook 2-3 more minutes until sauce thickens.

Reduce heat to low, add 1/2 cup of spanish olives stuffed with peppers, 1/2 bunch of fine chopped basil and cook for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
