Clamato® Shrimp Cocktail

Refrigeration Time: 30 minutes

Servings: 10

A zesty shrimp cocktail topped with fresh avocado squares.


  2 1/2 lbs Large Shrimp

  1/2 cup Lemon Juice

  3 Large Tomatoes

  1 Large White Onion

  1/2 cup Sunkist

  6 oz Ketchup

  2 cups Clamato® Original or Picante

  Salt and Pepper

  6 oz Worchestershire Sauce

  3 oz Hot Sauce

  2 Avocado

Mix 2.5 lbs of large shrimp cut in halves, with 1/2 cup of lemon juice, 3 large tomatoes diced, 1 large white onion diced, 1/2 cup of Sunkist® or Crush® orange flavor, 6 oz of Ketchup, 2 cups Clamato® Original or Picante flavor, Salt & pepper to taste, 6 oz of Worcestershire Sauce, 3 oz of hot sauce (to taste) and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Before serving add 2 avocados cut in squares … Share this delicious cocktail with family and friends!
