Creamy Cheese & Pepperoni Dip

A spicy and cheesy dip for tortilla chips, bread slices or crackers.

Ingredients

  1 jar (16 oz.) CHI-CHI'S®, HERDEZ® or LA VICTORIA® Salsa

  1 package (16 oz.) pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

  1 package (5 oz.) HORMEL® Pepperoni Minis

  1/2 cup sour cream

  1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  2 green onions, thinly sliced

  1 jalapeno, finely chopped, if desired

  Tortilla chips, bread slices or crackers

Directions

1. In medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stir salsa, cheese and pepperoni until cheese is melted; remove from heat.

2. Add sour cream, cilantro, green onions and jalapeno, if desired; stir until well combined. Serve warm or cold with tortilla chips, bread slices or crackers.
