Seafood Rub Scampi

Cook Time: 5 minutes

This is the scampi recipe for the garlic lovers!! Serve over pasta or rice to sop up the flavorful sauce. Photo credit: Katie Goodman from Good Life Eats.


  1/3 cup olive oil

  4 cloves garlic, minced (about 4 teaspoons)

  1 shrimp

  2 Tbs white wine

  1 Tbs McCormick® Herb with Lemon Seafood Rub

  2 tsp McCormick® Parsley Flakes

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. (Do not brown.)

Stir in shrimp, wine and Seafood Rub; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Stir in parsley.

Serve over cooked pasta or rice, if desired.
