Broiled Caribbean Tilapia

Ingredients

  1 package McCormick® Caribbean Citrus Seafood Marinade Mix

  1/4 cup vegetable oil

  1/4 cup water

  2 Tbs vinegar, lime juice or orange juice

  2 tilapia fillets

Directions

Mix Marinade Mix, oil, water and vinegar in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for basting. Place tilapia in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.

Refrigerate 15 minutes. Remove tilapia from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade in bag.

Broil 8 to 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush with reserved marinade halfway through cooking time.
