Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Refrigeration Time: 30 minutes

Servings: 3

Serve this salsa with Southwest-inspired grilled or roasted meats such as Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Garlic & Red Bell Pepper Chili Rub. Or, serve as an appetizer with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  2 Tbs oil

  2 Tbs white wine vinegar

  1 tsp McCormick® Perfect Pinch Roasted Garlic Bell Pepper Seasoning

  1 can black beans

  1 can corn

  1/2 cup red bell pepper

  1/4 cup onion

Add Items to List

Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Cover.

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Stir before serving.
