Halloween Fudge

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Refrigeration Time: 1 hour

Servings: Makes 48 pieces.


  8 oz PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese softened

  16 oz powdered sugar(4 cups) (1 package)

  2 pkg BAKER'S Premium White Baking Chocolate melted

  1 1/2 tsp vanilla

  1 cup toasted chopped nuts

  8 drops yellow food coloring

  4 drops red food coloring

  Multi-colored sprinkles (for garnish)

Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended.

Stir in white chocolate, vanilla, nuts and food coloring until well mixed. Spread in foil-lined 8-inch square pan. Top with sprinkles.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Cut into squares.
