Tomato, Feta & Dill

Prep Time: 10 minutes

2 servings, 2 topped crackers each


  2 Tbs crumbled feta cheese

  2 Tbs chopped brown tomatoes

  1 tsp chopped fresh dill

  1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

  4 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers

Combine all ingredients except crackers.

Spoon onto crackers just before serving.


Variation: Prepare using regular TRISCUIT Crackers. Sprinkle evenly with 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper.
