Taco Bell Ranch Nacho Cups

Nachos like you've never tasted before, scooped tortilla chips crammed with a delicious filling and topped with Spicy Ranch Dressing & Dip.


  1/2 lb lean ground beef

  1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa

  32 scooped tortilla chips

  1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

  2 Tbs chopped red onions

  1/2 cup chopped avocados

  1/2 cup KRAFT TACO BELL® Spicy Ranch Dressing & Dip

  2 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

BROWN meat in skillet; drain. Stir in salsa; simmer 2 min., stirring occasionally.

PLACE chips on rimmed baking sheet; fill with meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

BAKE 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted. Top with remaining ingredients.

Meatless Nachos: Prepare as directed, substituting 1 cup TACO BELL® Refried Beans for the browned ground beef.

Cheesy Chicken Nachos: Prepare as directed, substituting 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast, chopped, for the browned ground beef, and increasing the salsa to 1 cup.

Substitute: Prepare using a leaner cut of ground beef, such as ground round or ground sirloin.
