Berry Good Parfait

Ingredients

  1x 5.3 oz.-container Light & Fit Original Greek Strawberry nonfat yogurt

  1 cup mixed berries (blueberry, strawberry raspberry)

  6 Tbsp. Chocolate Granola* divided

  *Chocolate Granola

  2 cups rolled whole oats

  ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  1/3 cup honey

  2 Tbsp. coconut oil (or other nut oils

  1 Tbsp. chia seeds

  1/3 cups chopped semi-sweet chocolate, optional

Directions

1. In a tall glass, layer: 3 Tbsp. granola, ½ of the yogurt and ½ cup of berries, repeat layers ending with berries. Serve immediately.

Chocolate Granola

1. Combine all ingredients except chocolate in a bowl and mix well. Place on a parchment or foil lined sheet pan and bake in preheated 325°F. oven for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate, if desired. Let cool before breaking apart and storing in a lidded jar.
