Double Hot Chocolate

  3 oz ounces dark chocolate (62-70% cocoa), finely chopped

  1/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder

  3 Tbs Stevia In The Raw® Bakers Bag

  Pinch of salt

  2 cups lowfat (1%) milk

  Ground cinnamon

Divide chocolate between 2 mugs.

Place cocoa, Stevia In The Raw®, and salt in medium saucepan. Add ¼ cup of the milk and whisk to make smooth paste. Gradually whisk in remaining milk.

Set pot over medium heat until liquid is steaming; do not boil. Fill each mug with about 1 inch of the hot chocolate and stir until chocolate is melted. Divide remaining hot chocolate between mugs. Top with generous sprinkling of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
