Banana Raisin Scones

Ingredients

  1/2 cup raisins

  2 Tbs hot water

  2-1/2 cups flour

  2 Tbs sugar

  2 tsp CALUMET Baking Powder

  1 tsp baking soda

  6 Tbs butter or margarine

  1-1/2 cups POST BANANA NUT CRUNCH Cereal

  1 egg

  8 oz BREYERS Vanilla Yogurt

Directions

Heat oven to 425°F.

Mix raisins and water in small bowl; set aside. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cereal. Beat egg in small bowl; stir in yogurt and reserved raisins and water. Add to flour mixture; stir until soft dough forms.

Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls onto greased cookie sheets.

Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 15.
