Zesty Steak and Veggie Salad

Prep Time: 15 minutes

  1 package (8 oz.) Meal Starters Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Steak Strips

  1 lb ziti pasta, cooked

  1 cup broccoli florets, cooked crisp tender

  1 can (15 oz.) baby corn, drained

  1 medium red bell pepper, chopped

  1 cup sliced, black olives, drained

  1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese

  2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley

  1/2 cup light honey mustard salad dressing

1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and place in large bowl.

2. Prepare Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Steak Strips according to package directions.

3. Add broccoli, corn, red bell peppers, olives, cheese, Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Steak Strips and parsley. Add dressing and toss to coat. Chill at least one hour before serving.
