Warm Chicken, Cranberry & Walnut Salad

Ingredients

  1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix

  4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.), cut into strips

  1/2 cup dried cranberries*

  10 oz salad greens (1 package)

  1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts

  1/2 cup KRAFT Natural Blue Cheese Crumbles (optional)

  *Or use raisins.

Directions

1. Prepare salad dressing mix as directed on package.

2. Cook chicken in 2 tablespoons of the dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat until cooked through. Stir in cranberries until heated.

3. Toss with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
