Roast Beef Salad with Feta

Ingredients

  6 oz Président® Crumbled Feta

  1 lb Roast Beef, thinly sliced

  1/2 cup Cucumber, diced

  1/4 cup Red Onion, diced

  3 Green Onions, sliced

  1/2 cup Cilantro Leaves, chopped

  1/2 cup Mint Leaf, chopped

  Dressing Wisk

  3 Tbs Fish Sauce

  5 Tbs Lime Juice

  2 Tbs Oil

  2 cloves cloves Garlic, grated

  1 Tbs Sesame Seeds

  1 Tbs Jalapeno, minced

Directions

1. Arrange the slices of roast beef on a platter

2. Add cucumber, red onion, green onions, and feta.

3. Pour the dressing over the beef and vegetables, garnish with cilantro and mint leaves. Serve over raw cabbage.
