Creamy Pecan Dijon Sauce

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 20

Ingredients

  2 Tbs chopped shallots

  1 clove garlic, minced

  1 Tbs margarine or butter

  1 cup whipping cream

  1/3 cup dry sherry

  1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecans, coarsely chopped

  1/2 cup red or green seedless grapes, halved

  1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon or Country Dijon Mustard

   Optional: Hot Sliced Turkey

Directions

COOK and stir shallots and garlic in margarine in medium skillet on medium-high heat until tender.

ADD cream and sherry; mix well. Bring just to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 4 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring constantly. (Do not boil.)

STIR in pecans, grapes and mustard. Serve over sliced cooked turkey.
