Cranberry Orange Relish

Refrigeration Time: 5 hours 15 minutes

Ingredients

  12 oz DOLE Cranberries (1 package)

  1/2 cup sugar

  1-1/2 cups boiling water

  1 pkg or 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Brand Cranberry Flavor Gelatin or any red flavor (8-serving size)

  1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  1-1/2 cups cold water

  11 oz DOLE Mandarin Orange Segments, drained (1 can)

  1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted (optional)

Directions

Chop cranberries in food processor finely; mix with sugar. Set aside.

Stir boiling water into gelatin and cinnamon in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refrigerate 1-1/4 hours or until thickened. Stir in cranberries, oranges and nuts. Spoon into 6-cup mold or 2-quart bowl.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold if using mold. Garnish as desired.
