Asian Roasted Ginger Sesame Vinaigrette

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Makes 5 (2-tablespoon) servings.

Add flavor variety to your green salad with this Asian-inspired vinaigrette. Include blanched snow peas, julienned carrots and orange segments in your salad.


  1/3 cup rice vinegar

  1 Tbs McCormick® Gourmet Collection Sesame Seed, Toasted

  1 1/2 tsp McCormick® Gourmet Collection Roasted Ground Ginger

  1/2 tsp McCormick® Gourmet Collection Garlic Powder

  1/4 tsp McCormick® Gourmet Collection Sicilian Sea Salt

  1/4 cup vegetable oil

Mix vinegar, toasted sesame seed, roasted ginger, garlic powder and sea salt in small bowl with wire whisk. Gradually add oil, whisking until well blended. Cover.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Whisk dressing before drizzling over salad greens
