Carr's Cracked Pepper Crackers with Garbanzo Bean Puree and Beef by Chef Ben Ford

Ingredients

  1 1/3 cups canned garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

  2 Tbs whipping cream

  1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

  1 Tbs chopped fresh rosemary

  30 Carr's Crackers Carr's® Table Water® Crackers with Cracked Pepper

  1 lbs rare roast beef, cut into 30 pieces

  Small springs fresh rosemary (optional)

Directions

Directions 1. In small saucepan combine beans and cream. Cook and stir over low heat until hot. Partially mash beans. Stir in blue cheese, completely mashing beans. Add 1 tablespoon rosemary. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired.

2. Spread bean mixture on crackers. Top each with piece of beef and rosemary sprig, if desired.
