Marinade Brisket

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  1/2 cup lemon juice

  1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  1 teaspoon fresh parsley finely chopped

  1/2 teaspoon fresh marjoram, finely chopped

  4 lbs brisket

  2 cups onion, finely diced

  2 cups red wine

Directions

Mix together lemon juice, pepper, parsley and marjoram.

Place the brisket in the marinade overnight in the refrigerator.

The following day brown brisket on all sides and return to marinade. Over the top of the brisket add onions, red wine and cover with foil.

Place in oven on 325F.
