Cappuccino Truffles

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Refrigeration Time: 2 hours

Servings: Makes about 5 dozen

Ingredients

  2 Tbs MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee

  2 Tbs orange juice

  2 tsp vanilla

  7 oz marshmallow crème (1 jar)

  9 oz chocolate wafer cookies, finely crushed

  1 cup finely chopped pecans

  1 Tbs grated orange peel

  2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa

  2 Tbs powdered sugar*

  *Variation: Substitute chopped nuts or chocolate sprinkles for cocoa and powdered

Directions

Dissolve instant coffee in juice; stir in vanilla. Gradually add coffee mixture to marshmallow creme, mixing with electric mixer until well blended.

Add crumbs, pecans and peel; mix well.

Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in combined cocoa and powdered sugar; refrigerate until firm.
