Apple Crisp

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 35 minutes

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  6 large apples - cored peeled and sliced (about 8 cups)

  1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

  1/3 cup flour

  1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  2 Tbs margarine

  1 cup POST GRAPE-NUTS Brand Flakes lightly crushed

Directions

Heat oven to 375°F.

Arrange apple slices in 8-inch square baking pan. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon in large bowl. Work margarine into flour mixture with fingertips until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Stir in cereal. Sprinkle over apples.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm.
