Fruit Soup

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour

Refrigeration Time: 4 hours

Ingredients

  1 cinnamon stick

  4 whole cloves

  2 very ripe peaches

  2 very ripe nectarines

  2 very ripe plums

  3 16oz cans sour cherries

  2 16 oz cans cherry pie filling

  1 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

Cook ripe fresh fruit in 1 inch water and juice from sour cherries with cinnamon stick and cloves until soft

Add sugar and sour cherries

Bring to a boil

Lower to a simmer

Remove spices and add cherry pie filling

Simmer until thickens

When cool, refrigerate until cold

Best served when chilled
