Directions

Directions 1. Halve focaccia. Horizontally split each half. In small bowl stir together 2 teaspoons of oil and garlic. Brush on cut sides of foccacia. Broil, cut side up, 4-to 5-inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly toasted. Spread mustard on bottom halves of foccacia. Set aside.

2. In large nonstick frypan heat remaining oil. Stir in onion and sugar. Cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until onions begin to brown, stirring frequently. Stir in Steak Strips and vinegar. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes more or until heated through.

3. Arrange spinach on mustard atop focaccia. Top with onion mixture. Sprinkle with goat cheese. Top with remaining focaccia pieces, making sandwiches.
