Lemon & Pepper Crispy Oven-Fried Chicken

The classic combination of lemon and pepper adds zesty seasoning to the panko coating for oven-fried chicken. This easy 30-minute recipe will solve your weeknight dinner dilemma. Photo credit: Eva Kosmas from Adventures in Cooking.

Ingredients

  1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

  1 Tbs McCormick® Perfect Pinch Lemon Pepper Seasoning

  1 1/4 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves

  1/4 cup milk

  1 Tbs butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix panko and Lemon & Pepper Seasoning in shallow dish. Moisten chicken with milk. Coat evenly with panko mixture.

Place chicken in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Drizzle with melted butter.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
