Simply Bake Tilapia with Roasted Vegetables from Gorton's®

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Savory roasted root vegetables and baked tilapia.

Ingredients

  1 package Gorton's Simply Bake Tilapia

  1 cup root vegetables, like potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions and carrots

  2 Tbs olive oil

  2 Tbs white grape juice

Directions

Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2 Prepare Gorton's Simply Bake Tilapia according to package instructions.

Step 3 Roughly chop root vegetables to desired size, about 1 inch cubes.

Step 4 Toss root vegetables with grape juice, olive oil, and salt and pepper, if desired.

Step 5 Place in baking dish and cook for 20-25 minutes or until fork tender.

Step 6 Serve roasted vegetables alongside Gorton's Simply Bake Tilapia.
