Far East Shrimp and Vegetable Stir Fry

Gourmet Collection Far East Sesame Ginger Blend makes stir-frying a snap because it contains all the seasonings typically found in a stir-fry, including sesame seed, ginger and garlic.
Ingredients
4 oz spaghetti
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 Tbs Kecap Manis or soy sauce
4 tsp McCormick® Gourmet Collection Far East Sesame Ginger Blend
1 Tbs rice vinegar
1 tsp cornstarch
1 Tbs sesame oil
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 package (8 ounces) sugar snap peas
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 package (3.5 ounces) sliced shiitake mushrooms

Directions
Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Drain well.
Mix chicken broth, Kecap Manis, Spice Blend, vinegar and cornstarch in small bowl. Set aside.
Heat wok or large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 minutes. Add oil and bell pepper; cook and stir 1 minute. Add snap peas, mushrooms and shrimp; cook and stir 3 minutes or until mushrooms begin to soften.
Restir soy sauce mixture; add to skillet along with cooked pasta. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.
