Lemon Herb Seasoning is delicate combination of lemon, basil and oregano that's perfect for seafood. Use your family's favorite type of fish for this recipe -- from salmon to tilapia or halibut.
Ingredients
2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs white wine
2 tsp McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Lemon Herb Seasoning
1 lb tilapia fillets or other firm white fish fillets

Directions
Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in wine and Seasoning. Place fish on broiler pan. Brush butter mixture over fish.
Broil 8 to 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork
