Seaside Tacos

What a fun variation on the everyday tuna salad sandwich! By adding salsa and your favorite toppings, tuna salad becomes a delightful dinner entree.

Ingredients

  2 cans chunk light tuna in water (6 ounces each)

  1/2 cup ORTEGA® Thick and Chunky Salsa

  3 Tbs mayonnaise

  12 ORTEGA® Taco Shells 1 package

  Toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sliced black olives, SARGENTO® Fancy Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

COMBINE tuna, salsa and mayonnaise in small bowl; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

WARM taco shells. Fill with tuna mixture. Top with lettuce, tomato, olives and cheese.
