Galbani® Penne And Garden Vegetables Alla Mozzarella

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  12 oz Fresh Mozzarella Marinated

  Penne

  1 cup Green Peas

  1 cup Red Peppers, cut in strips

  8 Yellow Pear Tomatoes, cut in half

  Garlic

  Thyme

  Salt and Pepper, to taste

Add Items to List

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

2. Lightly sauté red peppers, garlic, thyme in 4 tbs of the mozzarella marinade.

3. Remove from heat and add the tomatoes and the peas.

4. Gently toss the pasta, vegetables and marinated mozzarella.

5. Garnish with fresh-snipped chives.
