VELVEETA® Cheesy Chicken & Vegetable Macaroni

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.), cut into chunks

  1 can (13-3/4 oz.) chicken broth

  2 cups (8 oz.) elbow macaroni, uncooked

  3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up

  1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower and carrots), thawed

Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray.

Add chicken; cook and stir on medium-high 2 minutes or until no longer pink.

Stir in broth.

Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni.

Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.

Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

Add VELVEETA and vegetables; stir until VELVEETA is melted.

Try serving with a crisp green salad topped with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as CATALINA.

Tip! Special Extra: Add 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves with chicken broth.

Take a Shortcut: Substitute 1 pkg. (6 oz.) LOUIS RICH Grilled or Italian Style Chicken Breast Strips for cooked fresh chicken chunks. Bring both to boil in large skillet. Stir in macaroni; cook as directed. Add VELVEETA, vegetables and chicken breast strips; continue as directed.
