Broccoli Casserole

  2 cups Kellogg's® Stuffing Mix

  3 Tbs margarine or butter, melted

  2 pkg (10 oz. each) frozen, chopped broccoli

  1 cup (4 oz.) chopped American cheese

  1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1. Toss KELLOGG'S Stuffing Mix with margarine. Set aside for topping.

2. Prepare broccoli according to package directions, cooking until almost tender. Remove from heat. Drain. Set aside.

3. In large saucepan, combine cheese and soup. Cook over medium heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Stir in broccoli. Pour into 10 x 6 x 2-inch (1 1/2-quart) glass baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with stuffing mix.

4. Bake at 350° F about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated and bubbly. Serve hot.
