Almond Chicken Salad on Town House Toppers™

The scrumptious chicken salad topping these crackers gets its bright flavors from dried tart cherries, toasted almonds, jalapeño peppers and red grapes.

Ingredients

  1 cup finely chopped, cooked chicken

  1/2 cup finely chopped celery

  1/2 cup dried tart cherries or raisins

  1/3 cup sliced green onions

  1/4 cup chopped almonds, toasted

  2 tablespoons seeded and finely chopped jalapeño pepper

  1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

  2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream

  1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

  1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

  32 Crackers Keebler™ Town House Toppers™ Original

  8 seedless red grapes, quartered lengthwise

1. In a medium bowl toss together chicken, celery, cherries, onions, almonds and jalapeño pepper. In small bowl stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, orange juice concentrate and garlic salt.2.
