15 Minute Red Beans & Rice

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  1 Tbs butter or margarine

  1 can beef broth

  1 can red kidney beans, drained, rinsed

  1 Tbs Cajun seasoning

  2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked

  1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

  1/2 cup onion, chopped

Directions

COOK and stir green pepper and onion in butter in large skillet on medium heat until crisp-tender.

ADD broth, beans and hot pepper sauce; stir. Bring to boil.

STIR in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
