20 Minute Thai Beef Stir Fry

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin slices

  1 Tbs oil

  2 cups water

  1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen oriental mixed vegetables, thawed

  1/2 cup peanut or stir-fry sauce

  1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce

  2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked

Directions

Cook and stir meat in hot oil over high heat until done. Remove from skillet.

Add water, vegetables, peanut or stir-fry sauce and hot pepper sauce; bring to boil.

Stir in rice and meat. Cover; cook over low heat 5 minutes.
