Our Favorite Steak

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 16 minutes

Makes 4 servings.

This steak recipe will become your family's favorite -- it's seasoned with McCormick® Worcestershire Ground Black Pepper Blend.

Ingredients

  3 Tbs oil

  3 Tbs water

  1 Tbs red wine vinegar

  2 Tbs McCormick® Onions, Minced

  2 tsp McCormick® Worcestershire Ground Black Pepper Blend

  1/2 tsp salt

  1 lb boneless beef sirloin, New York strip or rib-eye steak

Directions

Mix all ingredients, except steak, in small bowl. Place steaks in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.

Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steaks from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Sprinkle with additional Worcestershire Pepper, if desired
