Classic Meat Loaf

Cook Time: 1 hour

Servings: 8

This is the meat loaf you remember your mom making. Don't forget that leftovers taste great the next day in a sandwich.

Ingredients

  2 lbs ground beef

  1/2 cup bread crumbs

  1 egg

  1 tsp McCormick® Onion Powder

  1/2 tsp McCormick® Garlic Powder

  1/2 tsp McCormick® Black Pepper Ground

  1/2 tsp salt

  1 cup ketchup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and seasonings in large bowl.

Shape into a loaf on shallow baking pan. Pour ketchup over top.

Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
