Brie canapés with Roast Beef and Thyme-Roasted Tomatoes

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  1 Président® Brie Log, sliced

  3 Roma Tomato

  2 Tbs Olive Oil

  2 Tbs Dried Thyme

  Salt and Pepper

  1 box Crackers

  1 cup Baby Arugula, shredded

  1/4 Roast Beef, thinly sliced

  Cracked Pepper

  3 Tbs Fresh Chives, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice the tomatoes, and layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper. Bake in oven until soft. Cool.

Assemble on crackers by layering the roasted tomato slice, the arugula, and the roast beef slice, and finish with the Brie slice. Top with cracked pepper and chopped chives.
